Did you know that sweat is one of the reasons for your feet hurting.

Get yourself some charcoal inserts for your boots.
Put some talcum powder in your boots to help absorb the sweat.
Ensure your feet are dry before putting your boots on
Wear cotton rich socks, again this helps to absorb sweat.
