I can honestly say i am always amazed by people when buying there boots.
There are people who try on every boot in the shop and still walk out with nothing.
People who come in and "say theres the money.What can i get for that?".
Others come in and want only there brand ( ive bought Cats for the last 10 years im not changing now)
There are the i dont know people.
"umm im not sure i will come back later "
"thats ok but i will have to check with the wife"
" let me think about it im not sure"
This last group is the group i want to find out about.
I would say that what they really want to say is "thats not what im looking for" but there not brave enough.
How can i help people to find out what they want?
I am hoping that i will be able to develope this blog so that i can help these people.
